Working in partnership with your centre, Enrolment Hub will remove many of the enrolment tasks from your day to day workload. We will help in reducing your centre’s administrative burden and give you more time to focus on your Service and the children in your care.

PARTNER WITH ENROLMENT HUB
- Answer every Family enquiry, providing a warm first impression to Families every time
- Confirm all new enrolments, entering all required data into your CCMS to ensure you remain compliant
- Make changes to any booking, making sure Service Coordinators receive confirmation of the change
- Audit and submit attendance, ensuring all times and child attendances/absences are marked correctly
- Develop Vacation Care programming that is engaging and exciting, including organising incursions
- Manage all Vacation Care enrolments, providing collated bookings pack prior to commencement of each program
- Send Family statements and answer any questions Families may have in relation to their CCS entitlements
- Provide ongoing admin support giving Service Coordinators more time to focus on their Service and children
