GETTING STARTED WITH ENROLMENT HUB
Welcome to the Enrolment Hub family, we’re so excited to begin developing our partnership!
With our Kick-Off meeting around the corner, we would appreciate it if you could please fill in the below Client Information Form. The information provided by you will help our team to become familiar with your business, what you are wanting to achieve and guide our discussion during the Kick-Off meeting.
HOW TO FILL IN THE FORM
The below Client Information Form should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will provide Enrolment Hub with a comprehensive insight into your portfolio, goals and objectives. Once completed, our team will review your answers prior to our Kick-Off meeting and cover off any additional details then.
The more information that you are able to provide, the better our team will be able to align and achieve your goals.
We will get centre-specific information from your Centre Managers when we meet them individually.
Once you have completed the below form, we will also require these items:
- Your enrolment form
- Any policies relating to enrolments, discounts, casual days and Service policies
- Direct debit form (if applicable)
- List of all Service Managers and their contact details (email and phone number)
- Your corporate/Service logos
- Parent Handbook
- An enrolment specific phone number set up with number provided to Enrolment Hub
- An email signature that you would like us to use (we can also create one for you)
