Childcare Centre Partner Company Values
Determining our company values at Enrolment Hub was an important piece in our re-brand process.
Going into the process we had been told it was going to be tough and there would be a lot of back and forth with the team – ‘be prepared’ they said.
But that just wasn’t the case. We all threw our ideas at the board and when we took a moment to step back and take them all in – the common themes stood out at us straight away. We were all on the same page. What WAS hard, was whittling them down to six core values that would define our business decisions in the years to come and determining exactly what each value meant. For us, if the decision doesn’t match our values – it’s not happening.
So what are our company values?
